Group Post up to ch. 7

We think it is a really interesting book and it is sad. We didn’t think that he knew that his mom was in jail, and Marie also didn’t think he would see his mom again but  was expecting that he wouldn’t want to see her. And we knew that he wouldn’t forget what happened to him, he was probably trying to avoid thinking about it. We think it is very emotional and he doesn’t want to revisit his past. And definitely wouldn’t want to go live with his mom at first. Vicky thinks that after awhile he will feel guilty about turning his back on his mother. Vicky also predicts that he will want to live with his mother so he can take care of Angel. We think this book is very gripping and you want to read on.
